With earthly colours & materials, this unit exudes a cosy & inviting vibe that welcomes all guests. Earthly hues help to ground the space, complete with warm lighting & textured wallpaper for TV feature panel. Besides that, addition of tea mirror at Entrance Foyer that helps to widen & lengthen the entire area. Simple & lasting ceiling design that comes with designer light fittings, providing a relaxing ambience for the entire unit. With some smart dismantle of partition wall and modifying the super small sized Guest room & Study room, designers helped the homeowner to overcome the issue of having a proper size Guest room which can accommodate 2 units hidden wall bed. Also, not forgetting the customised full ht. storage cum display cabinets (giving credit to the high ceilings). Indeed a space-saving great idea!
Doused in a soothing shade of browns & high gloss ivory flooring, the communal space is a vision of relaxation & elegance for this Dual key units. The customised seat comes with storage compartment at Dining room allows maximum capacity, which comes in handy when this homeowner have quite a big family. Designer piece glass lamp shades were chosen by homeowner to enhance the entire Dining room. Using a mix of laminates colour & texture cabinetry, tea mirror, recessed & cove lighting to form the lengthy feature wall & tv console, the living & dining space are swathed with splendour! A mixture of cove lights & downlights were introduced to allow for different choices of mood & ambience, be it bright & strong during mealtimes together, or cosy & subtle for movie nites. The sophistication is accentuated by stylish furnishings. The Master Bedroom is swathed in a similar colour scheme of dark brown & black - newly customised full height wardrobe cum storage & tv console. For the additional element of cosiness, the homeowner decided to go with a sexy violet padded wingback bedhead c/w diamante, that imbues the room with a stately atmosphere. Silky brown nite curtain & brown organza day curtain were used to complement the glam factor. To give the small bedroom a style boost, designers played up the look with a customised platform bed c/w storage compartments, head board with recessed lighting & full height tea mirror meant for a teenager. A raised platform not only hoist your mattress in good taste; it can host lots of hidden storage too. Customised one now to suit your storage needs with pull-out drawer units & lift-up panels!
With a liberal use of woody features paired with contemporary elements, this modern scandi home makes a deep impact. The combination of wood & neutral shades sets the mood for a clam & warm atmosphere. The semi open-concept Kitchen allows the light to filtrate in. This keeps the atmosphere open & airy. A fabric sofa in grey shade offers a relaxing spot for the couple to unwind in the cozy living room after work & on most weekends. Designer selected an ascent wall painted in Clamshell that sweeps across the entire wall length from Entrance Foyer to Living room, which helps to enhance the calming atmosphere of this space. At the same time, the outstanding suspended TV console in woody laminate displays the natural feel on overall design
This Dual key unit that comes with a Junior Master Bedroom which was furnished with a small pantry. Apparently, this homeowners does not required the pantry as storage is their main priority! Thus, designers converted the pantry to full ht. storage cabinets which was linked to study desk & TV console instead. Living room is furnished in a sleek palette of white, grey & brown hues with a touch of light mint glass panel from the feature wall. A strip of cove lighting illuminates the whitewashed space & opens up the light-filled space, exuding a cozy glow. Combining the galaxy grey painted tones with a contrasting shade of sail white, it creates a chic & sleek appearance. Dark grey wall accompanied by a 4-seater solid maple wood dining set, creates a visual focal point for the whole Dining area. Silvery grey nite curtain c/w white sheer day curtain helps to soften & matches perfectly against the dark grey & brown hues. Reusing the same shade of colour for other areas throughout the home ensures a consistent theme, which was exactly what designers did for the Entrance Foyer, Master Bedroom & Son's Bedroom.
Less is more! The notion that simplicity and clarity lead to good design speaks in this condo unit. To establish the cozy themed Living & Dining halls, the Living Hall is fitted with suspended TV console & feature wall panel in smoothing woodgrain laminate contrasting with black gloss laminates. Designer even proposed one wall in earthly paint tone to usher in cosy feel for the entire halls. With cove & recessed lighting thrown onto the walls & feature wall panel, the entire ambience illuminates the hall with warmth. Simple yet sleek pendant light hanging above Kitchen counter helps to complete the overall outlook & feel. The counter doubles as working space for food preparation
This five-room HDB flat was fully revamped to have a total change on the outlook & design themed. This homeowners who love to welcome guests by holding gatherings during festive &/or holiday seasons. Thus, a well-planned layout & being spacious are the key requirements. With an extension of Living Hall by leveling existing Balcony, the entire Living Hall appears much spacious & less cluttered - providing more space to house bigger group of guests. Homeowners still prefers to have wood elements in the overall design. Thus, minimal black laminates & PVC edgings were used at majority carpentry items to give a contrast without over doing it. Crossing over to the Kitchen area, the one element that stands out is the feature wall clad in modern rustic wall tiles. To show off this outstanding feature wall, the designers proposed track lights at Kitchen - giving flexibility to homeowners do adjustment on light casting to desired spots
Minimalist is perfect for small space, especially in new HDB units. Usage of mid-tone wood finishes enhance coziness in every corner. 2 tone flooring adds a surprising element as the wood floor tiles welcomes and the cream tiles open up the space. Black & White usually gives people a cold, hard feeling. But not this unit as Designers introduced large usage of white gloss solid core laminates with highlight of black and grey to enhance the overall look. Lightings played a major role as well as providing an extraordinary welcoming & heartwarming ambience! Utilizing vertical and hidden storage is the best way to carve space in an apartment with little to no space. Gone are the days when the dining table was just a dining table and nothing else. Nowadays, the furniture and the apartment in general tends to be as much multifunctional as possible. Designers came out new idea with more flexibility provided for such small Living & Dining Hall. Home owners still get to have the desired space for their guests while enjoying meals over Dining & watching TV at Living. Just a little shifting here & there!
Warm inviting tones & clean design lines highlight the spacious appeal of this HDB 5-Room (point block). Creating more storage space & practical usage outta this HDB 5-Room unit was the top priorities for us, designers. The homeowners, a married couple with 6 young kids, wanted a lasting design theme that they could revel in! With plenty of storage space to keep clutter outta sight, & a well planned design concept, it is possible to say that 5-room unit has it all for warm & cozy living. Fabrica laminate was introduced on customised carpentry items at Living & Dining halls with a great contrast of white gloss laminate, which helps to soften & enhance the soft wood colour. Great emphasis on the groove lines of all carpentry designs
The wooden laminate carpentry accompanied by 4ft x 2ft polished porcelain floor tiles and cove light ceiling design in cool white lighting, imbued the entire Living & Dining halls with a sense of warmth and happiness.
